Sergio Stagliorio is an Accredited Mediator (AMDRAS), Barrister, Legal Lecturer and Writer.
Sergio has vast work experience in litigation (High Court, federal courts and tribunals). That allowed him to witness how expensive, frustrating and slow litigation is to most litigants. He knows first-hand why mediation is a much better way to resolve disputes.

Sergio has been a lawyer since 2018, working with legal issues since 2014.
He is a law lecturer at Western Sydney University and has taught continuing professional development courses to thousands of lawyers. He also marked for the University of Technology Sydney.
Sergio has also published papers for legal journals, such as LexisNexis and Monash University Law Review.
He previously worked in computer engineering for many years, which has given him great problem-solving skills applicable to all areas of life.
Academic Qualifications

Sergio obtained a Juris-Doctor (law degree) from The University of Sydney, and a Graduate Diploma of Legal Practice from the College of Law. He also completed a legal Diploma at the Australian National University.
Sergio is also a Bachelor of Electrical Engineering, with a major in computing, which has given him analytical skills applicable to any situations.
